Specs:
The grille is made out of (.120) ABS UV Resistant Plastic and comes in a smooth flat black texture. The grille does not include the Toyota Logo and is sold separately.
The blank spot on the grille will fit both the Toyota Emblem and some Toyota Vinyl stickers. You can also customize the badge area with your own unique vinyl sticker. The blank spot is (14.5' by 2.5' inches).
The Grille Mesh Insert Option:
This is an additional part to the grille that is easy to install and sits behind the grille. It enhances the appearance of the grille and also give you the ability to mount accessories like raptor lights, badges, front camera's, etc to the grille.
Installation:
The installation of the grille is as simple as removing the original grill insert and replacing it with the new one, then reinstalling the trim piece.
To install a badge, it can mounted by using silicon/epoxy. If using silicon/epoxy first center the emblem, then mark where the pegs are and drill holes for the emblems pegs. Push the emblem's pegs through the drilled holes. Lastly, apply silicon/epoxy to the backside of the pegs.
There are also easier and drill-less ways to install a logo in the badge area. (See Below Options)
